Blanc des Millénaires is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from 5 villages in Champagne, one premier cru and four grand crus: Vertus, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize, and Cramant. It has a crystal-clear color with elegant bubbles. The aromas can be divided into three stages. Initially, the champagne is fresh and mineral, then it delights us with fruity notes of citrus and kiwi. Finally, we perceive the characteristic tertiary notes of Charles' champagnes - pastry, dates, and dried apricots.
