Orders can also be picked up in person at the eVino wine shop at Šmartinska cesta 53, Ljubljana. Namely, every working day between 9.00 and 20.00 and on Saturdays between 10.00 and 14.00.
You can pay for your order with a credit card online, payment by proforma invoice, cash on delivery (Pošta Slovenije), card or cash upon personal collection at the eVino wine shop.
It doesn’t happen often, but because the wine is alive it can sometimes not taste as good as it should. Because we want you to enjoy the wine to the fullest, we will exchange such wine for you free of charge. To our address, Šmartinska cesta 53, Ljubljana, it is only necessary to deliver a bottle, which must not lack more than 1 dcl of wine and the original stopper.
Such wine is then delivered to the winemaker from whom the wine is made so that it can be sent for further investigation. In this way, they learn the most how to avoid such mistakes in the future and produce the perfect wine.
