Questions related to ORDERS
- Do you send the order only by post or can I pick up the ordered products in person?
Orders can also be picked up in person at the eVino wine shop at Šmartinska cesta 53, Ljubljana. Namely, every working day between 9.00 and 21.00 and on Saturdays between 10.00 and 14.00.

- How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with a credit card online, payment by proforma invoice, cash on delivery (Pošta Slovenije), card or cash upon personal collection at the eVino wine shop.

- What if I get spoiled wine?
It doesn’t happen often, but because the wine is alive it can sometimes not taste as good as it should. Because we want you to enjoy the wine to the fullest, we will exchange such wine for you free of charge. To our address, Šmartinska cesta 53, Ljubljana, it is only necessary to deliver a bottle, which must not lack more than 1 dcl of wine and the original stopper.

- Why is it necessary to return the wine if it is spoiled?
Such wine is then delivered to the winemaker from whom the wine is made so that it can be sent for further investigation. In this way, they learn the most how to avoid such mistakes in the future and produce the perfect wine.

Issues related to DELIVERY
- When can I expect my shipment?
All orders placed from Monday to Friday until 14.00 are placed on the same day. Therefore, you can expect them at your address the next working day. If you have chosen payment by proforma invoice, the order will be sent on the day of receipt of payment.

- Is my package well protected?
Employees protect each package well before shipping. You receive the bottles in special cardboard boxes with sections that protect the bottles well.

- What if I get a broken / damaged package?
All our shipments are insured. This means that in the event of a damaged package, we will send you a new wine or refund the purchase price.

- Is delivery free?

PRODUCT-related issues
- I can't find the product I want online. What can I do?
Despite the fact that we have a wide selection of Slovenian and foreign wines, spirits and other products, sometimes it happens that you do not find the desired product online. Call us at 01/401 8000 or write to us at [email protected]. Our professional team will do their best to provide you with the desired product or recommend a suitable replacement.

- I found the product on your site and it says it is not in stock. Will you restock it?
Most of the products on the website are available immediately. Sometimes, however, we run out of stock of a particular product. In this case, we recommend that you contact us and we will check when the product will be back in stock or we will advise you another, comparable product.
