2004
– Gašper Čarman established eVino as a small online store offering wines of 8 Slovenian wine producers – Posestvo Burja, Sutor, Movia, Blažič, ….

2009
– eVino company relocated to Ljubljana & eVino bar was opened.

2009
– Evino bar opens in Ljubljana at Šamrtinska 53, a wine bar in Ljubljana with the largest offer of Slovenian and foreign wines.

2013
– Gašper Čarman becomes the best sommelier of Slovenia for the first time and at the same time presents his wine brand Gašper wines to the market, which is created in cooperation with Klet Brda – in the first year he offers 4 different wines to the market.

2015
– Gašper Čarman defends the title of the best sommelier of Slovenia and thus becomes the only wine expert in Slovenia who managed to win the title twice.

2016
– Gašper Čarman and Nina Čarman take over the management of the family restaurant Danilo – restaurant & wine shop and as a 3rd generation continue the family tradition.

2016
– eVino is organizing TOP VINO by eVino for the first time – the largest international wine festival in Slovenia, which is already receiving excellent responses in its first year – more than 80 top Slovenian and foreign wine cellars are present at the festival, and the festival attracts almost 1,000 visitors.

2017
– Successful renovation of the eVino bar – in addition to the interior, the gastronomic offer is also successfully renovated, with an emphasis on food and wine pairing.

2017
– Renovation and opening of the eVino wine shop, where on 200 square meters you can choose from more than 900 different wines from more than 150 Slovenian and foreign winemakers.

2018
– For the second time, eVino successfully organizes TOP VINO by eVino – the largest international wine festival in Slovenia. The festival has been successfully upgraded, as more than 100 exhibitors are present at the festival, and the number of visitors rises to 1,200.

2019
– Cabernet Franc 2017, Gašper wines selection receives 97 points and a platinum medal at the largest international evaluation of Decanter wines. This is the first Slovenian red wine to win a platinum medal since Decanter judges awarded such an award.

2019
– eVino bar becomes the first and only Slovenian bar with the Wine Spectator award – for a wine list of almost 800 different wines from Slovenia and around the world, it receives the Best of Award of Excellence and 2 glasses

2020
– eVino bar regains the prestigious Best of Award of Excellence or 2 glasses, with a card that counts 906 wine labels

2021
– Another excellent result at the Decanter World Wine Awards: Cabernet Franc 2019, Gašper Selekcija receives 97 points and a Platinum Medal. In addition to the Platinum Medal, Gašper wines also receive two Silver Medals and two Bronze Medals.

2022
– Evino team is organizing the Evino Portfolio Tasting for the first time, showcasing wines specifically for the HoReCa sector. The event is exclusively for hospitality professionals and their teams, which has undoubtedly contributed to increased wine knowledge and, consequently, an improved wine offering.

2023
– Evino successfully organizes TOP VINO by Evino for the third time – the largest international wine festival in Slovenia. This third edition of the festival was also enriched with a wide selection of spirits. Over 110 different brands were present at the festival, and the number of visitors reached 1,600 wine and spirits enthusiasts.

2023
– The Evino team is organizing the Evino Portfolio Tasting for the second time, an event specially tailored for hospitality professionals and their teams.

2024
– Evino, in collaboration with Riedel, organizes the Riedel Wine Glass Experience, an event that attracted numerous wine enthusiasts and culinary professionals. The event provided a deeper understanding of innovations in the world of wine glasses and elevated the level of wine knowledge and culture in Slovenia.

2024
– The opening of the Evino wine shop in Maribor, located at Glavni trg 20, represents a key effort to expand the presence of quality wines and wine culture in Slovenia’s second-largest city.

– The Evino bar in Ljubljana has been successfully renovated, including both an update and expansion of the space, as well as an enhancement of the culinary and wine offerings.
