Malvasia Epoca, from Ferdinand, is a straw-colored wine with golden reflections. It is an intense and complex wine with aromas of ripe yellow fruits while maintaining its mineral character. It carries a touch of Mediterranean herbs.
Selected hand-picked grapes are cleaned and pressed. After 20-24 hours of cold maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and left to settle for 24 hours. The clear must is transferred and fermented in oak barrels, where it matures on fine lees for an additional 12 months.

In the past, Matjaž's great-grandfather Ferdinand was also successful in viticulture.
