Winebrothers learnt the craft of winery from their father who started Bužinel brand. Rebula WB has an old gold color with an amber tint. The flower is rich with the scent of orange peel, dried apricots, chestnut honey, fresh sage, nutmeg and saffron. The taste reveals a precisely executed maceration, which leaves a refined tactile perceptibility of tannins. Medium body and medium length aftertaste. Simon Woolf, author of The Amber Revolution, says that only through maceration can ribula fully justify its existence. This is a textbook example of that philosophy. The crushed grapes are cold macerated for three days. The beginning of fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, and the last third takes place in 500-liter oak barrels (French wood). 70% of the barrels are from new wood and 30% are used.
