All components of the wine are beautifully balanced with a pleasant, refined aftertaste. On the nose, it has fine, clean aromas of sweet apples, quince and red grapefruit peels. It is made from 100% Pinot Gris. The grapes are harvested by hand in early September. Maceration lasts for 3 hours, fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature. The wine matures on fine lees for 1 year.
