As a variety, it can be a bit reserved, almost indifferent, unless we bring it to its extreme. We harvest the grapes when they are fully ripe. It preserves the freshness that is not always present in Pinot Gris from the Goriška Brda region. When young, it feels somewhat unformed, always full-bodied and firm. It offers aromas of hazelnuts, as well as flowery notes and some characteristic piquancy of Pinot Gris. It is a medium deep golden yellow color with a gentle onion hue. It is dry in the mouth with a buttery texture and a slightly higher level of acidity.
