Brisk, spicy and aromatic wine by Sturm with notes of tropical fruit, elderberry flowers and citrus fruit with hints of sage and tomato leaves.
The grapes are cleaned and cold macerated. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16-18°C). The wine spends a few months on the lees and is then bottled.
