Rubido from Tilia Estate is a blend of 30 % Merlot and 70 % Cabernet Sauvignon. A Bordeaux style of wine, that is great for ageing. Mature aromas of red fruits, cinnamon notes, carob, vanilla and a bit of smokiness. Goes well with all kinds of red meat, vension and spicy dishes.

Tilia
TILIA ESTATE Winery is named after the linden trees, which are symbols of Slovenia’s independence. These trees have been part of the estate from the very beginning. On 10 hectares of vineyards in the Vipava Valley, they grow a variety of grape varieties. Among them are Sivini, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Yellow Muscat. The winery focuses on maintaining high quality and consistency between vintages. They produce wines with low yields and minimal use of pesticides.
