This Chablis is made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. The average age of the vines is 15 years. The wine matures for six months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The initial aromas of the wine evoke fresh fruit with a hint of spices. When exposed to air, the bouquet develops into floral notes and ripe fruit aromas.
