Nirvana is produced from the most valued pear cultivar, Viljamovka, containing a high percentage of sugar and very little acid, therefore it is very aromatic. One bottle of brandy is made from 8 – 10 kg of pears. Nirvana is crystal clear in color and full of flavor, where pears predominate, but we also notice a toasty note.
Zarić
The Zarić Distillery is located in Kosjerić, a fertile valley with a long tradition of fruit growing. It is built on the legacy of the former “Povlen” distillery, which was revived by the Zarić family. With the modernization of production and investment in quality, they have restored the former glory of “Povlen.” Today, the Zarić Distillery is one of the most modern in Southeast Europe.
