Mandolás is made from the Furmint grape variety. It is the result of a unique climate and soil in the world, which requires painstaking and careful winemaking. Mandolás is one of the Oremus vineyards and is planted only with the Furmint variety, the noblest variety in the region. In the weeks before the harvest, the state of ripening of the grapes is systematically checked and only golden yellow, healthy and ripe grapes are harvested. Fermentation takes place in new wooden barrels, which are carefully prepared and lasts from 8 to 12 days.
