A selection from the Zadomajc vineyard, a heritage from the mother of the Primož family, with the wine named after her family surname – Žorž. This 0.6-hectare vineyard is situated at an altitude of 200 meters with a northeast exposure.
The soil consists of flysch, alternating layers of marl, sandstone, breccia, and conglomerates. The vines are 20 years old, and the grapes are hand-harvested. Whole-cluster maceration, including stems, without destemming. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged in a 1,500-liter Slavonian oak barrel.
