Brut Millesime is produced from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine is aged for 5 years on yeast. On the nose we notice tropical fruit, a touch of flowers and a hint of honey. Fruity tones predominate, the taste is mineral with almond aftertaste.

Champagne Serge Mathieu
They invest great effort in harvesting the grapes at their optimal ripeness. In the winery, they strive to preserve as much character and flavor from the grapes as possible. This is achieved through gentle vinification and careful consideration at every step. Their techniques are traditional, but every stage of the winemaking process is aimed at maintaining the full fruity essence of the grapes. They adapt delicately to each situation.
