It comes from 3 different vineyards from the Cote des Blancs: Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil sur Oger. It consists of 100% Chardonnay. It is pale yellow in color, extremely delicate and balanced champagne. Vibrant bubbles form an elegant golden crown on top of the glass. We feel freshness on the nose, aromas of white flowers, lemon, peach and apricot intertwine. Mineral flavor is punctuated by a bitter orange peel.
It is best drunk as an aperitif, with white meat, fish or with soft cheeses.
