Movia is a sparkling wine from 100 % Chardonnay. Brilliant, golden colour with amber shades. Numerous, medium-sized bubbles are reflected in the sparkling wine. The intense and sophisticated bouquet reveals ripe yellow apple, peach, mango, lemon, dried orange peel, followed by notes of marzipan, butter, sweet bread, toast and vanilla. Simultaneously the herbal note of rosemary flirts with the red-hot stone. The sparkling wine is dry and soft. Intense, structured sparkling wine, with an elegant and long aftertaste. Good for an aperitif with friends, combined with oysters, sea bass carpaccio or salmon sashimi. Goes well with pasta with creamy sauce.
