Movia gredič is made from the Friulian Tokaj variety. It is harvested late, hand-picked with a short period between vines and fermentation - a maximum of 2 hours. Fermentation begins in large fermentation tanks with natural yeast picked out from the same grapes harvested during pre-harvesting. Fementation is completed in wooden barriques, where wine matures on its own lees until decanting.
The colour is beautiful golden and of medium depth, showing some viscosity. On the nose, it resembles tomato leaves, gooseberries, green peppers and dried herbs. The texture is slightly buttery, we notice a bit of yeast notes.
