Winemaker
Cocchi Americano is aromatized white wine that represents the link between wine and liquors. It's a wine-based aperitif produced in Northern Italy, using Moscato grapes and a secret blend of local and international botanicals. Tropical fruit flavours and rich body. Bitter oranges and elderflower on the nose, followed by tropical notes of mango, pineapple and papaya. Served well chilled in a cocktail glass with ice cubes, completed with a splash of seltz. It can be perfected with a squeezed out orange peel.

Cocchi
Giulio Cocchi, a young and creative pastry chef from Florence, was enamored with the rich enogastronomic tradition of Piedmont. In Asti, the capital of Moscato, he discovered the widespread trend of flavoring wines with herbs and spices. In 1891, he founded his own company there, specializing in the creation of flavored wines and sparkling wines. In particular, he developed original recipes for Barolo Chinato, Aperitivo Americano, and various types of vermouth, which quickly brought him success and fame worldwide.
