Belaj Chardonnay is fermented in a stainless steel tank for 10 days followed by sur lie ageing on the lees in 30 HL capacity oak barrels for 6 months. In order to promote depth and longivity, the wine is stirred regularly. It has a starbright, clear color and a clean, youthful bouquet that reveals primary fruit character and citrus, lemon, pineapple and passionfruit notes.

Dvorac Belaj winery established in 2011 by Belay family. From that on we produce wine only from the historical Vineyard around the property. First Vintages are produced with the help of Gianfranko Kozlovic and Ivica Matosevic winemaking craftwork. From 2016 production is fully moved into Belaj cellars. Every year Dvorac Belaj wines brings Golden and Silver medals from Decanter and Vinistra wine competitions.
