Product Description
Additional Information
Winemaker
The Corbières appellation is dominated by Mourvèdre - a lively, rustic grape variety that, when vinified correctly, produces wines of exceptional quality. It brings forth spice aromas and elegant tannins. Carignan balances this wine with freshness and pleasant acidity, while Grenache adds notes of red fruit.
L'Ile Ardente pairs excellently with a variety of meat and fish dishes, and we also recommend trying it with chocolate desserts.
Blend: Mourvèdre (50%), Carignan (30%), and Grenache (20%).
